We are building an educational YouTube channel focused on delivering informative, fact-based, and general knowledge content. Our goal is to simplify useful knowledge and present them in a visually compelling and entertaining way — more like informative storytelling.
Role Overview
This youtube channel will be focused on high-quality, story-driven animated videos using a mix of AI animation tools and traditional animation techniques.
We’re looking for a full-stack Animation Producer who can take a script or concept and turn it into a polished, engaging video optimized for YouTube audiences.
This is a hands-on execution role — not a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce end-to-end animated videos (5–10 minutes, with scope to scale)
- Create animations using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.) and traditional animation workflows
- Design scenes, characters, environments, and visual storytelling flow
- Animate using tools like After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, or similar
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, and visual hooks
- Integrate AI or human voiceovers, sound effects, and background music
- Collaborate closely with the YouTube Channel Manager to iterate based on performance data
- Ensure videos meet YouTube quality, resolution, and format standards
- Deliver videos consistently and on schedule
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in animation production for digital video
- Strong working knowledge of both AI animation tools and traditional animation software
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- After Effects
- Blender
- Toon Boom Harmony
- Cinema 4D
- Experience with AI tools such as:
- Runway
- Pika
- Kaiber
- Midjourney / Stable Diffusion (for assets)
- Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- Ability to work from scripts and creative direction
- Portfolio demonstrating finished animated videos (YouTube or similar platforms)
Must Have Skills
- Experience creating content specifically for YouTube
- Understanding of audience retention and pacing for online video
- Experience with motion graphics and kinetic typography
- Ability to replicate or adapt a defined visual style
- Basic sound design skills

Final Note
This role requires actual animation production experience. Candidates without a portfolio of completed animated videos will not be considered.
